We enjoyed a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel with the kids. The spacious interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the gorgeous grounds and the fairy trail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially with our children, making our stay even more relaxing. While the dinner menu was delicious, a bit of variety over our five-night stay would have been appreciated.

the elms hotel is a great family-friendly place, super comfy rooms and the staff are really nice. the pool area is really nice, especially when it's quiet. loved the fact that it has a creche for the kids, so we could enjoy some time to ourselves. breakfast options were good and the food quality was high. overall, it feels like a welcoming space for families.

i did notice that the spa access has changed, which was a bit disappointing. also, there were no special touches for birthdays anymore, which used to be nice.

Dinner options were quite limited, but the themed dinner nights offered creative dishes. Spa services and staff friendliness exceeded expectations, making it a pleasant stay. Tennis court available but needed reservations in advance.

It was just a proper fit for a transient stop in Abberley with value for money. The carrot cake from afternoon tea was amazing and truly memorable. Just double-check any meal arrangements upfront to avoid surprises.

There's no lift, making lugging bags up four flights a workout, especially for older guests. Room maintenance showed signs of age, with worn paint and a bathroom in need of silicone and grout attention. Dining experiences need consistency—some meals shine, but service can lag, leading to long waits and mismatched orders that could dampen a celebration.

The Elms Hotel & Spa made my 50th birthday unforgettable. The surprise welcome from the staff was heartwarming, and the bouquet of flowers in our room was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed fresh, beautifully presented food and cozy rooms. Having a dog-friendly hotel was a real bonus!
